Energized Real Estate is a data-driven brokerage firm that matches our clients with proven successful Realtors in the San Antonio area.
 
Our services provide clients with the confidence and the knowledge they need in order to make a more informed decision when choosing an agent, and we are here to guide and advise them through the entire process.
 
We rate every agent in the San Antonio area on a case-by-case basis. It all depends on our client’s needs and expectations.

Questionnaire/payment
First you (the home seller/buyer) fill out our short questionnaire and pay a nominal fee of $175, which is returned to you at closing[*] [For more information on how we get paid, click here. ]
 

Home stager
Once the payment is received, we send a home stager to your home to conduct a market analysis, which we share with you later.
 

Home Analysis
We then perform an in-depth analysis on homes currently for sale and homes recently sold in your area.
 

Agent analysis
Then, our agent analysis includes ALL Realtors who have worked in your area before
 

Review of data
After all of the research is complete, we ask that you come to our office to review our analysis, and we educate you on the necessities for home selling success and how to manage your expectations.
 

Interviews
With your help, we narrow the agents down to the 2 who have the proven successful statistics and we set up interviews with both.
You interview the agents and choose the one you think will be the best fit.
 

Pick your agent
You are able to begin working with your professional agent to have not only a successful sale, but to have an overall more successful experience.
After you have been matched to your agent, we continue to contact you every 10 days to make sure everything is progressing smoothly.
