We wrote a blog in the past about why we think people may shy away from our real estate services in San Antonio and concluded, of course, there isn’t a good reason, but since we love feedback and reporting on it, we went to some of our past clients to find out why they chose us as their San Antonio real estate advisor and analyst before hiring a Realtor.

Here are a few of their reasons:

Had a Bad Experience with an Agent in the Past

Some people chose a real estate agent without knowing much about them. It seemed logical that a friend or neighbor down the street would be the best match. Unfortunately, many learned this isn’t always the case and suffered through a six month listing agreement because of it.

Our clients love that we give specific data on how successful an agent has been (e.g. based on average days on market, sales price to original price, etc.) in just their area of town and home price range, and they don’t have to guess about the agent’s experience before or after a listing agreement is signed.
